Before You Replace – Checklist
- Measure the real detection distance. Up to 300 mm → VTPE/M300-PE. Up to 1 m → VXT/TOF/2M-BP.
- Check the mounting. The housing sizes are different, so you may need a new bracket or slotted holes.
- Check the connection. The original has an M12 plug on a short cable; VTPE/M300-PE needs an M8 4-pin cable, and VXT/TOF/2M-BP has a fixed cable for direct wiring.
- Check the wiring. On the original, pin 1 is +V, pin 3 is 0 V and pin 4 is the output. Confirm the pin-out on the Voxintech datasheet before connecting.
